They are very unprofessional . They asked me come at exact time for the viewing ( not flexible) but they didn’t show up at all in the location. They didn’t even picked up my call. Worst costumer service ever.

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT make the same naive mistake that I made and deal with this incompetent company. I’ve had issues after issue since picking up my key. Now they’re expecting me to pay over £500 to get out of a lease that they are not upholding. Absolute bunch of inadequate halfwits. Wish there was a -5 option

Appalling service. Called them four times over a one week period to arrange a viewing. Each time they said they would get someone to call me back. They didn’t and not once apologised for the poor service. Sent an email complaint to their head office but had no reply to this either. Have now given up trying to view this property.

Awful. Arranged a viewing. Called up the day before to check the viewing was still going ahead and was told that it was. I arrived at the property, waited over an hour calling the office. It went straight to answering machine. Next day no apologies - nothing! Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
