GoogleReceived an excellent service from start to finish with the Blue Estate Agents in my property purchase. Gavin was very welcoming and friendly. GoogleWhat a shambles! Contacted them on several occasions Amit never comes back to you and quite frankly doesn't care absaloutely awful customer service. Avoid at all cost as have spoken to other people there and no one ever comes back to you or sorts anything out !

GoogleHad some issues with another agent, giving wrong information when I move into the property. But the lovely manager Ravi was able to sort out all my concerns today and get me the paperwork I needed ! Would recommend working with Ravi anytime any day !! She’s a super star

GoogleBought my second home from the guys at Blue Estate Agents last week. The whole team was very helpful and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The team are very professional from start to finish. Deepek helped me complete my purchase very quickly, and then also found me tenants to move in just days later. Highly recommend them for any property needs.

GoogleDefinitely worth a 1 star. Who want to rent from this agent should be attention to. My experience of renting a room is like this: After confirming the price and giving my ID and bank statements in store face to face , I couldn’t get in touch to the agent who said the next day we can sign the contract. Few days later, the agent said no connection was because of broken the phone and promised would give a call back a few days later cause the landlord would like to raise the rent fee. In the end, no reply at all.

GoogleTo sell our Heston apartment, we worked with Blue Estate Agents. Even though it took a little longer than expected because of the state of the market, everything worked out in the end. Throughout the entire process, the estate agents were honest, dependable, and open. They saw to it that the transaction was successfully completed. Amit deserves special recognition for regularly following up on our case with the lawyers and accelerating the procedure. The use of Blue Estate Agents' services is strongly advised.

I came across Gavin, Manraj and Ravi to handle my purchase and letting and all three of them are not only thorough professionals but also very nice people. Will recommend them hugely.
