I recently purchased a property through Blue Estate Agents and have also been using their services for letting properties. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
From the beginning, Ravi has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. He has excellent communication skills and always takes the time to ensure that I fully understand everything, which I really appreciate since I sometimes find it challenging to follow the details. His patience and understanding have made the process so much smoother for me.
I just bought another property in Heston (TW5), and I was thrilled to see that they managed to rent it out within a week of completion! This speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise in the market.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST!
The agents are nothing more than sweet talking scam artists, they at present have been referred to The property Ombudsman, Metropolitan Police, Trading Standards and Court Action is being perused against them. They promise tenants the world, not return deposits, use client data without permission, promise landlords guaranteed rent contracts and do not pay the landlord and they only respond to what they feel like responding to.
Use at your own risk, but I have a plethora of paperwork to show why you should avoid them. There are plenty of decent and honest agents in Hounslow, perhaps for your own sanity try one of them. The choice of course is yours.
