The contract was really smooth and straight forward with questions and issues resolved quickly. My experience with Blue estate agents was really good. The whole sale process was completed within three months. I would like to thank the Director Deepek, Ravi and Amit.

GoogleBlue estates listed my property just a few weeks ago to get interest but I never gave them consent! If you don't have stock then actually do a good job and reply to your current customers and treat everyone equally rather than picking and choosing. You probably faked reviews because they don't reflect on my experience talking to the 'employees'

Deepek has always given me the best advice and service in relation to my properties. Ravi has always done a great job in managing the rental properties and is very approachable. I have nothing to worry about regarding properties and I am grateful to the whole team at Blue as they are very helpful and friendly.

GoogleWorst estate agent I ever experienced with. Very bad in communication. They even ever bother you to reply your massage back. I am living in their property since 2020 December. From the beginning they could not keep their promise what they promised with me. After all I thought it’s ok let’s continue.they just communicate with me urgently when renewal time come and need to increase the rent. Last renewal in January this year they promised me they will repair small things at home and paint work at least in living room and toilet but till now nothing. I sent reminders text to Ravi in August but till now 2 months on she has not got any moment to reply my message back. I know everyone is busy in this world but I can assure you I am not free also. I am busy too but I reply and I respect if anyone massage me. But this company always like this. I never can recommend this company for your future home. They will ignore you every step. They can not be your trusted estate agent.

He was happy to schedule a second viewing for us at short notice and was quite understanding when the tradesman I had invited for a quote was nearly half an hour late.
