GoogleThis is the second time that Janine has sold a house for us, Janine is very professional polite she was spot on with the value of our house. We did get another estate agent out if we had gone with them we would have lost a few thousand as they under valued. I don’t think we shall be moving house again but never say never, Janine would be our first port of call if we did. Thanks for everything 👍

GoogleWhen I was looking to purchase a property, I contacted Janine to arrange a viewing. Janine responded in minutes and a viewing was arranged the next day. Having fell in love with the property, I followed up the viewing with an offer and heard back that the offer had been accepted in an hour or so. Great communication throughout the process and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe can not fault Janine at all. This is the third property she has sold on our behalf and I honestly do not have anything but positive things to say. Having previously tried to rent/sell via some big branded companies and encountering numerous problems along the way, Janine makes you feel like you are an individual rather than a number. Contactable any time and goes out of her way to help and find solutions to any set backs. Would 100% recommend Janine to any one and wouldn’t ask anyone else to sell a property for us. Thanks so much again Janine xxx

GoogleMy daughter recommended Janine to me and said if anyone could sell my deceased cousins property quickly it was Janine. I rang Janine and within 2 days of the property being put up for sale she already had 3 clients interested wanting to buy the property. From handing the keys over to Janine she showed the interesting clients around. Janine handled everything and give regular updates on the progress of the sale. I would recommend if you have a property to sell contact Janine, her service in selling my deceased cousins property was outstanding.

GoogleI registered with other estate agents in Houghton le Spring and they have not been very helpful at all! I found Janine so friendly, helpful and very accommodating. She has helped me all the way through the purchase of my new house, and I knew she was just a phone call away if I needed anything. It went smoothly from start to finish, it has taken a lot of stress out of the purchase. I would recommend her to everyone, who is wanting to buy or sell a house. Outstanding work, and I can’t thank her enough.

GoogleJanine done us proud with the selling of my partner's house and getting us our forever dream house. She kept us in the loop with the solicitors, buyers and seller and made sure we knew when we were moved to the next step into buying. She sold my partner's house within 48hrs of it being on the market and always appeared in a fantastic mood and was always there to answer questions no matter how silly or small. Highly recommend this lady for the selling/buying of any property. Forever grateful!
