Beware all the fake reviews that Avant are writing. Their houses and customer service is that bad.My house is dropping to bits and they dont do anything about it.

So far my experience has been good. My house is beautiful, there are around 10 things on the snag list which will hopefully be dealt with soon. The area is lovely and I cannot fault Alison or Matt who have both been so helpful.
