GoogleI was a tenant for 6 months and I have to say that Cubitt and West were the worst letting agents I’ve ever had. They were; slow to deal with issues when I moved in (4 months to fix one of the issues), didn’t respond to emails, lack of follow up with Landlord so I had to keep chasing them and finally they just don’t care. What a shambles! Avoid at all cost

Nothing against Cubitt and West as such but DO NOT use their in house solicitor DC Law. Once they have a deposit from you, you will never be able to contact them again!! Use a local solicitor!! I’ve read no good reviews and I’ve been caught out, lucky it’s not held up a purchase or sale but I cannot get my money back!!
