Spent 6 months with another agent - things never seemed to go anywhere. Moved to W H Brown and had a tsunami of viewings, sold the house and when things went a bit south the team at W H Brown got back on the horse and sold it again! Highly recommended 100% I was completely lost when came to selling my house and have been upset with different agencies' valuations which I was not happy with . Then the manager at Horsforth branch (Tom Sugden) came for a visit and explained everything in details and in a professional way , he gave me the highest estimation of my house value, and they actually manage to find me a perfect offer and now we are at the end of the whole process. They are very welcoming, friendly ,professional and always there when u need them. I feel that I did handle my property to my family to sell as they were so caring, amazing and patient with all my concerns, and being a full time doctor I found them the best to deal with no waste of time or unwanted calls. Million thanks to William H Brown Horsforth team and the manager Tom Sudgen who is a credit to the office in horsforth with no doubt. I will go again and again with them when buying my next property for sure .

Posted pictures of our son as part of our listing when we asked for pictures to be blurred and were assured they would be. Asked for details around how many times it was viewed, how it happened etc and didn't really get a response. General standard of photos was poor, they left us to arrange the house ourselves and they, nor photographer, provided any useful input whatsoever as to the presentation of the house. Asked them not to ring me as I was at a funeral on a specific day and time, they rang during the hours I stated not to. More interested in making money than doing what is in the best interests of the customer. Not a reflection on the branch manager who I think generally has been let down by the entire company around them. With so much other choice of estate agents in the area, just use someone else.NegativeProfessionalism
