I can't recommend William H Brown highly enough, in particular Tom for all his support and hard work in valuing and helping to sell my home. His knowledge of the local market is excellent, and he was both honest and fair in his valuation which helped lead to a quick sale at a value I was happy with. In addition, Charlie has been a great help on multiple occasions with mortgage advice and has been very proactive in securing the best deals for me. The team at William H Brown are all attentive and responsive throughout the process, which makes a real difference to the buying and selling experience.

Got in touch with W H Brown estate agents to view a property. The estate agent who showed us round was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't end up interested in the property but we registered with Jacqueline to be alerted to any properties that would suite our requirements. Jacquie is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They stayed in touch with us throughout the sale of ours and our onward property search. (with another agent) I would recommend them in terms of how thorough and professional they are.

I'm forever grateful to mortgage consultant Catherine Knott for her guidance and help getting us a mortgage . As a new mum I was struggling to face the challenge of the admin involved, but Catherine was so kind, clever and clear in our conversations and I quickly put my faith in her . This was the right thing to do as she found us a great affordable product despite some economic turmoil , and the fact that we are both self employed and I'm on maternity leave! The communication was great throughout the process, and when we went into the branch Catherine made us a coffee and even had a lovely toy to keep the baby occupied through a meeting . She has much more of a human and personal touch than any other mortgage broker I've spoken to, and she put everything in a real world context rather than limiting it to facts and figures. We were selling our old house at the same time so we had a good comparison of how different agencies manage property transactions. The branch manager, Laura, went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. From my bad experience I have to say that do not purchase any property with the corporate sale. It is just a hidden Auction. We had to increase our offer so many times for no reason also even we have been told that to choose a solicitor through them and in case the purchase is not done by both parties we will be refunded all the deposit known as ‘No Keys,No Fees’ and this is not true we lost our deposit and fees.
