GoogleAlthough we didn't sell and have now removed our property off the market. HPS tried hard and were extremely helpful and very efficient. Unfortunately the property market and the issues that are damaging our neighbourhood at the moment haven't helped through no fault of ourselves or HPS. But hopefully eventually ERYC may get the problems sorted and we can resume a happy quiet peaceful existence and not want to move anyway. As this was to be our forever home in the 1st instance. However we originally bought our property 12+years ago through HPS and found the to be super efficient. Thanks to Claire and all for your help

GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars for HPS, I really would! By the time we got to signing up with HPS, we’d been through 3 previous agents; the others in Hornsea ranged from mild aggression to ignoring us for 2 months, then we tried a big agent across ER and again they provided very little but a headache. By the time we got to HPS we were about ready to give up but with their expertise, patience and above and beyond approach, our house is sold and we are now in our dream home with our two children. No issue couldn’t be solved and they bent over backwards to accommodate us, especially given what we’d had previously. If you’re thinking about using HPS, you should. We really felt they celebrated with us when we were sold and cared a lot about us and the outcome. Special mention has to go to Claire too - in touch all the time to keep my anxious mind at rest and so caring to our family. We’ll never be moving again (haha!) but if we ever did, we’d never use anyone else, and would recommend 200%. Amazing bunch of ladies - thank you so much.
