GoogleI turned to Noble after failing to sell my flat with another estate agent (big high st brand who shall remain nameless!). From the outset I was impressed by the no nonsense but optimistic attitude shown by Allan & the team - within a month by flat was sold! Communication was outstanding throughout the process and Allan (aswell as Charlie & Jason) were happy to go above and beyond to get the job done...despite me being a pain & worrying at every point they were able to reassure me without making false promises. Estate agents typically have a bad rep but that couldn't be further from the truth with these guys - would recommend to anyone in the local area looking to sell (or buy). She was always helpful and completely up to date with any developments. She went that extra mile to make sure everything went through as quickly and smoothly as possible in what was, at times, quite a tricky sale. GoogleNoble Residential have sold my mother's house for me and I want to express my appreciation for the really professional service provided, especially by Ellie I thought long and hard about engaging a traditional estate agent rather than one of the on-line variety - it is the more expensive option - however I can honestly say that the service provided was good value for money As I live more than 200 miles away from the property I was selling, and we were in lockdown, I needed to have someone reliable to visit the property and keep me posted on everything that was going on Within 2 days of the house going on the market, an offer, at the asking price, was made and accepted Ellie acted as go-between throughout the entire process, chivying solicitors where necessary, ensuring that both sides were fully up to date with events, and visiting the property to keep me reassured that everything was OK Yes, there are cheaper options to sell your house, but if you want a really good, efficient service, I can recommend Noble ResidentialPositiveQuality

GoogleMacey and Allan provided excellent customer service. All staff at noble residential are accommodating and friendly. I purchased a property during the pandemic and they fully answered any of my questions. The sale took place with minimum disruptions. Allan always provided me an update where he could. I would definitely recommend Noble residential to family and friends whether you are buying or selling a property. If you are thinking of buying or selling look no further Noble residential will fulfil all your needs!

Both Allan and Keira have helped me put my flat up to let and have made the whole process as quick, simple and stress- free as possible and have been super helpful and friendly throughout!
