Horrible experience with this branch. At the beginning everything was ok. We had Georgina who showed us around the house, we put an offer down and it was quickly accepted within a week. After that everything went downhill. My partner and i were running back and forth with the bank and the solicitors, when we needed Georgina she was NEVER in the office. We always had Becca asking if we can leave a message. When we managed to get hold of Georgina she would be very quick to cut the call. At one point she stated to us that the solicitor needs to contact the vendors solicitor for negotiating the price, i got so fed up of her passing on the buck when it was her responsibility to be in touch with the vendor and the buyers!. She not only passed the buck on but also told me a few times that the vendor has not got back to her and if they do she will let me know. Weeks and months went by, no reply no answers, via call or email. When i managed to get hold of her, she stated she spoke to the vendor last week. She failed to update me, failed to reply. After becoming extremely fed up of her, i managed to get in contact with the manager Chris. Chris got everything sorted within seconds! A job that should have taken seconds by Georgina but took her months by never being in office!. Overall not a nice experience, once they got you they don't care about you until it hits the stage where the manager has to get involved!!!

Haart have done a fantastic job in helping us purchase our new home.It was a slow and stressful process( through no fault of Haart at all), however, Georgina has done her best to help us get through it. She was incredibly helpful and patient, always positive and reassuring. Towards the end she felt more of a friend rather than an estate agent. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us. The whole team was friendly and helpful whenever we phoned or just popped in. Thank you,Haart!

Worst estate agent I have ever had to deal with. Abusive fees. They also charge a fee to release a reference for each tenant when moving out. Never minded to fix any problem in the house I was living in (broken radiators, bath leaking, electric problems). Staff changes constantly, so you never know who you are talking to. It has been over 4 months since house mates moved out and they haven't received their deposit back. It's not that they just had bad luck with the landlord, but they also never acted in the interest of the tenants. Watch out.
