GoogleMy experience with Durden & Hunt has been very positive and I've found them to be very helpful and professional. They were very pro-active with the viewings, getting lots of prospective buyers in to see the property, and keeping us updated on a regular basis. We were very fortunate to find a 1st time buyer and thus with the assistance of D&H and our solicitors, were able to exchange contracts within 5-weeks of accepting an offer. As an added bonus, D&H fees were significantly less than our previous estate agent. I can thoroughly recommend using Durden & Hunt.

My experience with them has been great, Ross from their Hornchurch office kept me updated the whole time, and arranged multiple viewings of my property. An offer quickly followed which I was happy to accept. Amanda in the sales progression team was equally as great, she made sure all parties were working towards to my tight deadlines and managed to get the contracts exchanged within 3 months of an offer which is very quick for a leasehold property.
