GoogleWow where do I start. Selling a property can be a difficult process but the team at D&H made it seamless and took away the stress. I’d like to give a personal shout out to Amanda, as she was diligent and kept me up to date at all times, as well as chasing up the buyers legal team relentlessly. They completed the sale in a swift manor, all I can say is thank you for providing such a brilliant service.

GoogleDurden and Hunt completed the task very well from the first meeting about the sale of our property through to the end. Sale went through very quickly as expected from what they told us. The purchase of our new property was challenging (which was no reflection on Durden and Hunt) due to ongoing problems with other parts of the chain. However, Amanda Schiavi worked tirelessly to try and get it over the line despite the repeated attempts of PIER MANAGEMENT to thwart the process. Thank you to everyone at Durden and Hunt for your efforts and professionalism during the whole process.

GoogleWe started looking for a new home last September and found the perfect property with Durden and Hunt. We were unfortunate to have a previous property offer fall through with an awful real estate agent (Alter and Cope). We were also unfortunate to have a truly horrific conveyancing firm on this sale (WYM Legal). But thanks to Ryan (our real estate agent) and especially Amanda (our case progressor) we had full transparency of the process, constant communication and they were able to get us through every issue we had that came up. Our new home wouldn't be possible without them. We are so thankful to the team!!

Their sales Agent Jordan was absolutely excellent. He showed a true and sincere interest in our property. His dedication to getting our property sold was unbelievable. He was an absolute joy to work with Once the property was sold we liaised with Amanda. Who once again went beyond to get our sale through as smoothly as possible. Despite a challenging chain of 9 parties, Amanda handled everything with absolute professionalism and dedication. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to queries and kept us updated at every stage. What really stood out was how she proactively chased solicitors, vendors, and other agents across the chain to keep things moving. Her persistence and communication skills were key in getting this purchase over the line. We truly felt she was actively involved in the purchase and making sure things went smoothly for everyone involved.
