GoogleWe commissioned Beresford's Hornchurch to sell a Chalet Bungalow. First contacts were with Scott who came to the house to discuss the sale and value the property, Scott felt that he could achieve an excellent price and that it would be sold within 12 weeks, which it was. Having agreed the sales price, we attended the Hornchurch office to complete the paperwork and sign a sole agent contract, this was ably competed by Lee & Ben. Very quickly there were several bookings of which one was a couple, who were specifically recommended to us by Lee as reliable and genuine purchasers. Throughout the remaining weeks leading up to completion, Lee and Daniel would regularly contact us with updates and make sure all parties were on course for completion within our12-week target. We certainly valued the ability to hand this task over to Beresford's and had confidence that they were doing a professional job due to their responsiveness and regular updates.
