GoogleThe team at Beresford's were fantastic throughout the process of selling my mother's property. They took time to talk my mother through each process as it was happening (my mother is blind). Helping her with forms and even posting, scanning documents and emailing them to the solicitors for her. Nothing was to much trouble. I definitely recommend them and cannot thank them enough. I'm a landlord and have been working with Beresfords for more than 15 years! They are pro-active in finding high quality tenants and the process through to moving them in is always very smooth. I use their managed service and they deal with everything for me in a prompt and professional manner. These guys know their stuff and are very approachable. I would certainly recommend them and personally wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have delt with beresford once before and have mixed feelings the first time about 5 years ago the estate agent was very good polite and friendly but she left and had another lady take over who was very abrupt not a friendly person but so far this time everything has gone smoothly the lady (abby) has been excellent polite and professional fingers crossed the politeness and professionalism continues

Please beware when renting a property from these estate agents, they are lazy, everything is an effort, they entered my house without permission, when we vacated they are now charging me £500 to cut grass in the garden, i asked for pictures of checkout and they told me we don't have to provide them so we won't. all the staff are very rude.please please please do your research before renting through this company, if you do decide to rent through beresford take a million pictures of before and after as you they have no morals and will try to get every penny out of you to make themselves look good infront of the Landlord.
Your review has just been brought to my attention as we do not currently subscribe to Trustpilot. I would be keen to find out more about the issues you raise as we would never charge anyone £500 to cut the grass and do not enter a property during a tenancy without providing prior notification to the tenants concerned! This is a useless unprofessional estate agent, they do not make any effort, they are lazy and do not have a sense of business. Not only they do not find any buyers they also do not bother to take things right on the right move website. They are waste of time. They do not have any skills or proper training to evaluate properties. Please look at the houses they have evaluated on the right move. There are houses in Wickham bishops which do not have proper lounge, they do not have study , front garden and have only small back garden (and have only 4 bedrooms) this estate agent have evaluate those properties around £1000000 or £1100000. They are just a joke and do not have any common sense.
