the staff were very personable, however I felt the administration left a lot to be desired. Specifically the administration department made multiple mistakes in our paperwork, and the communications were not quite as we were promised

This was my first experience letting a property and I was really nervous about it. Thanks to the team at Bairstow Eves in Hornchurch the process was really easy and totally stress free. I now have a great tenant whom is really looking after the property and paying more rent then I was expecting. I will definately use this company again for any future rentals.
