Bairstow and Eves Hornchurch Letting's Team-Review Stephen, Nadiyah, Tom and the rest of the Letting's team at Hornchurch were exceptional at providing an excellent letting service. Being a landlord can be stressful especially when moving homes and getting married simultaneously, the Hornchurch Letting branch were very understanding of this and took all my problems away! A very professional, polite and extremely efficient team. They were excellent at finding a tenant within a few days with the strict criteria I had given them-exceptional service. Stephen was excellent at troubleshooting any problems that raised with the properties, I cannot thank him enough-such a polite gentlemen. Nadiyah promptly answered any queries within in a few hours and was very caring giving reassuring advice over the phone-Thank you Nadiyah and Tom for you patience. So, there were one or two initial issues with the property I began renting (not Bairstow Eves fault), so my review is really about how well they managed to deal with them. All problems with the property were dealt with quickly and effectively, at no cost to ourselves (the tenants), and I would particularly single out Ozlem Belindir for her outstanding service, including coming in on her day off to deliver replacement keys for the property. Thanks everyone at Bairstow Eves!
