TrustpilotTotal lack of integrity
3 bed property advertised as 4 bed (downstairs room 'reclassified') at 'guide price'; was told "we can't value it accurately". Spent £2k on survey and valuation from competent firm which showed value £50 - 75k lower than advertised. They lost interest when I went back to them. Total waste of time and cash. Wholly lack professionalism and competence.

GoogleI have now both let through and bought through Robert Bell and Company. As a landlord they found me a tenant quickly and as a purchaser they helped me through the purchase, which i don't think would have gone through if they hadn't been involved, sorting things out in the chain that other agents had failed to do!
