I submitted a review yesterday about Stags, which is now published. I wish I had searched Trustpilot before I made contact with them. Out of the 42 reviews, mine included, 47% were 1 Star, which you can accept are genuine. However, when I read those that gave 5 Stars, I became very dubious: One from the Netherlands, one from the USA, one from New Zealand from someone who predominantly comments on online gaming casinos! There was one who praised Luke from Stags at Totnes (see the review given about Luke by Tom!! The wording on many of the others doesn't ring true either, but who am I to say they are staged? Draw your own conclusions!!

They are utterly useless at replying to emails! I'd asked them multiple times for help with certain things in the property. And finally after ringing them they had to respond, they then put in the end of the email "if you have any questions please ask" I responded with a few questions which they thwn ignored indefinitely but as soon as they want something from you. Constant ringing everyday from different numbers...

GoogleI went through stags for my most recent move and they have genuinely been the best estate agents I've ever worked with. From arranging the viewing to getting everything signed and moved in they couldn't have been more helpful. Even when there were issues and delays that were completely out of their hands, they really went the extra mile to get the move sorted on time for me which was brilliant, they always kept in contact throughout the process, kept me in the loop and when the move in deadline was getting tight they made sure it all happened on time. I also have to really shout out Beth Fahy, she was my direct point of contact throughout the whole process and without her I'm not sure the move could have happened she was absolutely brilliant and very accommodating.
In summary, Stags have been fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend them.

GoogleHaving had my property listed on the market for approximately 5 months with a local agent I had approximately 7 viewings and one offer. The photos and marketing of the initial agent were very bland and communication was when I chased it. Stags took the property to market and had in excess of 15 viewings in the first week and 5 offers within the month. The photos and marketing effort was exceptional. Through no fault of Stags the sale fell through on a Friday afternoon and Stags had viewings the following day with an additional 5 through the week resulting in an offer and eventual sale. The team at Stags Honiton were very professional and communication was very good. There were several people in the office who knew my property and they were able to answer any questions that I or potential purchasers had.
