TrustpilotThe worst agent I have ever had to deal…
The worst agent I have ever had to deal with. I expressed an interest in viewing a property by message and e-mail, not one return phone call and not one return message. Would I use them for the sale of my property - most certainly not!

Dear Mr Jones, We are sorry if you feel our service has not been to our usual high standard. We do note that your initial portal enquiry was submitted on Sunday, followed by your review on the same day. Our office hours are detailed on our website and Google profile. We understand that you are booked to view the property now. Please do let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with. ~ GTH

TrustpilotGreat communication
The communication throughout the whole selling process was excellent. We had at least one call per week giving us an update on, not only our sale, but the rest of the chain. It took a lot of stress out of the process for us

GoogleHaving used GTH to sell previously and seen how professional they are, it was an easy decision to choose an agent to sell once again. We ended up buying a property listed by GTH too and they dealt with the whole process with great professionalism. We were sold and onto pastures new in about 8 weeks! Stephen, Rebecca and the team at Honiton were fantastic.

TrustpilotGTH Honiton
Stephen Gardener at Honiton Branch has been brilliant. What should have been an easy turn around has turned into an absolute headache as a result of an incompetent solicitor at the buyers end and a disorganised property developer at the vendors. However full marks to Stephen for helping us through this and hopefully onto our destination in the very near future. Well done GTH.

TrustpilotGTH - Highly recommended
GTH - Can highly recommend their services. Found them to be nothing but professional, polite and well mannered and they provided good honest answers when needed. Everyone commented on how good their Marketing is plus the photography is to a very high standard so all in all, we were very happy with the service they provided - in particular, Ollie and Mitchell who we dealt with most -many thanks Guy's.

TrustpilotIf you are looking for an Estate Agent…
If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.
