I always felt that I was in good hands and that my interests were being well served. I was particularly impressed when my usual contact was on holiday and the agents for the people I was buying from raised a lot of awkward queries. Charlotte took over the matter temporarily and dealt with the questions very professionally and effectively. Docking one star because as always I dislike charges based on value of property rather than actual work done but this firm was at least the cheapest of the high street agents in Dorchester.

Both times we travelled down from Leicestershire he set up a string of viewings back to back so that our limited time in Devon was put to good use. Second viewings too were quickly arranged.
After having an offer accepted Stephen went above and beyond to keep the buying process as stress free as he could.
On completion and collection of the keys we would receive a lovely welcome pack.
Of all the estate agents we dealt with whilst finding our new home Stephen was by far the best and most professional agent we dealt with and could have hoped to have bought a home from.

We approached GTH to sell our house after a previously unsuccessful attempt. The local manager Ollie provided a very sensible valuation. Upon listing, the viewings were carried out professionally manner, eventually securing a buyer in what has been a challenging market. We became part of a chain of 13 houses and 14 vendors, ( a company record) a potential nightmare. However careful management of the chain by Ollie and another agent resulted in completion 4months after we found the buyer. I am certain that this was in no doubt part due to the strenuous efforts of GTH staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
