GoogleThey managed to find a buyer for our flat within a relatively short space of time of it going on the market. Very helpful throughout the sale and supportive towards the end when there were issues to work through.

GoogleOur new property was being sold through Bradleys. The bulk of our interaction was with Joe who was incredibly helpful and we were very impressed by the proffesionalism displayed. Always on hand to assist, Joe would make time to attend the property with us on multiple occasions to allow us to obtain quotes for construction work. Joe regularly went above and beyond, even going as far to make phone calls to help with our sale after our own estate agent failed to make progress. The Honiton office was always helpful whoever answered the phone and calls were always returned swiftly.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThanks to Bradleys Honiton, who were very friendly, efficient and helpful. When they told us how much we could get for our property we were surprised but they had a research file to back it up and they actually got us more than their estimate. We are very happy in our new home that Bradleys also helped us find.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Bradleys anymore from a buyer's perspective. They kept me up to date every step of the way and made my purchase as hassle free as possible. Even when my solicitors were a major bottleneck they helped to smooth out any communication issues. Every person I spoke to at Bradleys was happy to help and readily available for my questions. Thank you all so much!

GoogleI have viewed with every agent in Honiton now and have to admit, the whole team at Bradley's were sublime! Not pushy, clear in all explanations and thorough with their local knowledge. I didn't buy through them but can see clearly they are miles better than the rest. Well done.

GoogleGiven it 1 star only because it won't allow me to put zero stars! We have been misled throughout the process of us viewing and putting in offers on a property. I'm afraid to say that Bradleys in Honiton are a shining example of why Estate Agents have such a bad reputation in this country. The branch manager didn't even want to discuss our complaint but instead just handed us forms for their complaints process. All in all, customer care of the highest order? My advice is to steer clear!
