A special thanks to Vicki Harris who was looking after our purchase. Although we mostly dealt with Laura throughout our purchase (who was excellent) we dealt with Joe too who was equally good and always aware of what was going on; exactly what you want! They were both friendly, professional and kept you well informed. Laura had to work really hard to keep the chain together at the end, but she did it, so a huge thank you to her!
