GoogleRyder Dutton are estate agents who go above and beyond. I cannot speak more highly of the service they provided. Our sales negotiator, Caroline Elvidge provided continual updated advice, nothing was too much trouble for her. The office was very welcoming at all times. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleHaving already sold a property with Tom Lawrence, we didn't even consider anyone else when it came to moving again five years later. Professional throughout, ever helpful, calming in time of crisis (caused by solicitors, not by anyone at TLC), always friendly, worked with us to get a good sale and, from start to finish, it has been a joy to deal with TLC (as much as buying and selling a house is ever a 'joy'). Estate agents just don't come better than this

GoogleWe used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

GoogleAmazing service from Finlay even when the first buyers withdrew due to survey issues. Finlay/TLC sold the house again very quickly. They have always been pro-active in overcoming potential problems and navigating the way to a successful completion. Highly recommended .

GoogleFiona Joyce at Holmfirth branch, has been absolutely fantastic, with selling our property. An offer was made and accepted within a week of changing selling agents to Ryder and Dutton. Every step of the way, Fiona has kept us up to date with the progress. Would definitely use again if I was to sell another property. Very highly recommended
