GoogleTom came and valued our property just before lockdown so it has taken a little longer to get a sale agreed. He was very responsive to any contact and has made the process of selling the property very straightforward. The key selling point for me is that he is local and understands the area and market. Would be happy to use the firm again.

GoogleRyder and Dutton in holmfirth were fantastic with me. They were very helpful, always polite and very pleasent and I felt very comfortable talking to any of the team. James in particular I had most contact with and he was always happy to help, and answer any of my questions. All the team were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleWorst experience ever. After a year they came back and asked me again to pay a deposit that i already paid in full after i moved out i never experienced anything like this. They are con artists. Make sure you have all your papers and receipts cause they might try to scam you.
