I cannot praise Ryder and Dutton too highly for the professionalism of their service in selling my late mother's flat in Holmfirth. All staff were courteous, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed of proceedings at every stage of the process. A particular thanks to Nichola Wain, the Senior Negotiator at Ryder and Dutton who was our particular contact but thanks also to Richard, Caroline and Fiona all of whom were superb.

This was my first experience of renting and it has been a good one. Getting work done was handled very efficiently with a good online system. Our landlord was pretty amazing and so helpful. The thing that worried me before I rented was getting my deposit back at the end but this was so easy. We agreed a tiny amount for sorting the garden and the balance was in my account within a day. The firm that they sub-contracted to for showing ability to afford the rent were hard work and not up to the standard of the agency itself so I would like you to look at this bu staff in the office have been helpful and efficient and I would recommend the agency to anyone.

I was very impressed with the quality of the pictures and a lot of though was given to their layout on the various property platforms, so the first picture was the front door, followed by the down stairs and moving through the house but importantly finishing by duplicating some of the key shots. Once a sale was agreed TLC were onto all the parties, asking what needed to be done to keep the transaction moving. I was pleased and impressed by the service.

Finley Lawrence is also a fantastic photographer and made our house look amazing in listings. You get a much better service from these guys that the 'big chain' estate agents.

As a university student, I use this office on a pay as you go basis due to the fact that my university library is currently being refurbished. The Long Barn gives me the ideal space to come in and work on my dissertation in peace and quiet allowing me to complete more work than I have done previously in the library. The onsite cafe provides me all that I need: breakfast, lunches and coffee - meaning that I do not have the excuse to need to go out for lunch!
