GoogleExtremely disappointing, would never use again.
Whilst it would often benefit our agency to reply with the details relating to such negative feedback, we make the professional decision not to disclose any information surrounding previous tenants and their disputes. Disagreements with final bond deductions can now easily be disputed via third party bond protection agencies where a tenant still does not agree with the agents best attempts to reach an amicable agreement. It is saddening that previous tenants who do not agree with an outcome often out of the agency’s hands, then attempt to damage the agency’s good name and reputation via on line mediums such as Google reviews.
