GoogleI’m a bit late posting this but couldn’t let the chance pass of rating and giving Kathryn a well deserved review of 5*****. She is absolutely brilliant with super customer relations, professional and on the ball. She held my hand through the buying process which I was nervous about and reassured me by following up and making sure that everything was going smoothly. She is backed up by the rest of the team, including and not forgetting Tim the manager, Michelle who deals with Lettings and Jess who is new but very helpful. I cannot recommend them too highly.

GoogleNot interested and couldn't bothered. Young mortgage advisor with not much experience. Went in to ask about help to buy/shared ownership and was told about how it was. Told us it ended soon - this year (it's actually 2023). Pretty much told to not bother. Unless you go in with a briefcase full of cash they don't want to do anything as it's work. Some reviews on here are 5star reviews (off people with 1review on their account) - I think these are fake

GoogleI would like to personally endorse the professionalism of Mrs Rachel Eardley. From putting the house on the market, arranging viewings for us along with prospective buyers, was absolutely stress free. She always had all the information to hand and was extremely at prompt at returning calls. Nothing was too much trouble I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future and ask that Rachel takes care of our future property interest.
