GooglePaul was very good , after my house had been on sale with another agent for months with no joy and terrible support , Paul got my house on the market within a week , I had an open day for viewings the week after and the house sold . Very professional, helpful and supporting team at the Holmes Chapel office , would highly recommend .

I would highly recommend Daisy and Elly at this office they are friendly, very helpful, professional and they both went above and beyond chasing solicitors and estate agents to ensure the sale was as stress free as possible. GoogleIn this day and age there are very few people out there that have honesty, integrity and work ethic in abundance. Anthony, Tim and the gang, have been spectacular. Selling a house as I'm sure you're aware is stressful. The solicitors up and down the chain didn't make things easy. There was a lack of communication that caused frustration throughout the process. The whole team, but specifically Anthony went above and beyond repeatedly. I don't say this lightly! I don't think we would have got things over the line without Anthony and Tim's hard work. All the other staff, Oliver, Amy, Talullah were always kind, polite and courteous. If you're looking to make a stressful process, easier and more manageable there really is no other place to go than Reeds Rains, Holmes Chapel.

The reason why I have chosen Reeds Rains as my first ever online review is because I have been absolutely delighted by the service provided when selling my property. The branch manager, Tim Crichton, created and executed a successful, robust sales strategy. He works professionally, and efficiently, though the absolute standout was the communication throughout the entire engagement/sales process. Being a busy working mum of three during very challenging times, Tim went over and above, reaching out to collaborate and jointly agree next steps and following them up, all outside of his normal working hours to accommodate my husband and I. He has a great support team around him, so kudos to the entire Holmes Chapel branch!

GoogleWords cannot do justice to the overwhelming professionalism, customer service and support provided by Tim and his team through a tumultuous sale. This estate agents went above and beyond on numerous occasions, keeping me appraised of any and all developments and their associated actions throughout the entirety of the purchase. My house sale fell through due to fault of the initial buyer and the proactiveness of Tim and his sales team meant that it was re-advertised and resold within a week; with their drive to deliver resulting in completion within 7 weeks thereafter. I can only recommend you try Tim and his team at Reeds Rains in Holmes Chapel to understand the outstanding level of service they offer. They are open, honest, proactive and innovative in their approach, and they always deliver for their customer (something that I have first hand experience of lack of delivery from their competitors in the village). Simply fantastic team there!

GoogleLetting agents are time wasters here. Spoke to Emily and was shown a property just to be ghosted afterwards and never heard from them again until the property was let to someone else despite chasing and saying that I want it. Very unprofessional bunch
