Exceptional experience viewing and securing a successful offer on a house we are now buying, by Daisy the agent at the Holmes Chapel office. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, with a lovely manner. She had clearly researched the property well and was able to offer informed insight into features and aspects we wouldn’t have possibly identified without her input and she answered all our questions confidently and reassuringly. She was very approachable and got the right balance between marketing but still allowing us space to discuss privately as we viewed. I find some agents too ‘full on’ in this respect and it’s really off putting. Her communications with us following our viewing have been straightforward and helpful with clear explanations of the current position and the next steps etc. Really good local service - thank you!

Liars and thieves. Stole our money paid as holding deposit and took an active action of ignoring any emails from us requesting some kind of coherent response as to why. Chased for four days and no reply, only replied when we initiated formal complaint procedure as they had to provide contact details for team/branch leader in accordance to their complaints process who is the same person that ignored the emails and any communication requests. That same person is the one who we tried to get a reply from. This is going to be interesting. This will be ongoing and will post any updates. Do not consider using or trusting them. Utterly irresponsible, unprofessional and in breach of letting agents code of practice on multiple paragraphs. Well deserved 1 star rating.

Had very little notice of our completion when selling our home and wanted to rent for a while to see what happens to the market and contacted Tallulah at the Holmes Chapel office... Amazingly we managed a same day appointment to view a potential rental property. The property was exactly what we were looking for and a credit to the landlord's hard work and in less than a week we had managed to sort out all the references and paperwork and just about got moved in for our sale to complete. We have been In Daily contact with updates due to the hazards of completion and everyone we have spoken to like Emma and Anthony have been really helpful and professional and we can't fault the service from them even when there's been small issues ...
