Had one of the best experiences in purchasing our forever home , the team at kingswood homes (farmstead ) both Ginell and Andy have made the very stressful purchasing journey easy, and joyful , providing support and information on any questions we had ,they have both gone above and beyond to help us. Beautiful show homes with flexible floor plans, but the most important thing to me was the sales agents and both Ginell and Andy are true credits to kingswoods , thank you for all your help we are looking forward to getting the keys to our beautiful house

Brilliant developer, unique properties with practical layouts in great locations. They really think about designing a beautiful home that maintains the practicalities to suit real life. We love our new home so much and couldn't be happier here, it feels like a dream. The Kingswood team have also been extremely supportive throughout the whole process (right down to helping make sure we chose the right finishes in our kitchen) and patient when the sale of our previous home took longer then expected. We couldn't be more grateful. I'm so glad we chose this developer.

As someone who has never lived in a new build before, we knew Kingswood would be the only development for us if we were to move. From the initial conversations with Donna all the way through to the process of reserving the plot, choosing options and seeing the house be built, Kingswood have provided an exceptional service. Massive thank you to the team who have always been on hand to support us at the earliest convenience and even now nearly a year down the line of being here we are still being looked after very well. We love our house and the whole development and we’re so pleased we made the decision to move.

We just moved in to our brand new beautiful home in Spinners Brook yesterday. Kingswood were great from the first viewing to the day we completed (and beyond, I’m sure) . Kerry (Sales) was so wonderful that she even helped us when our chain was being slow. She is friendly and professional. We loved our gift basket and prosecco on the day we moved in. Thank you! Luke (Site Manager) was also fantastic in explaining things to us during our visits before building was complete. He also explained what we needed to do if we had any issues once we moved in. Ben (from the site) also came to check in that we were settling in well and if needed any help. If you’re looking to buy a property in the NW, I highly recommend Kingswood. There are the best in the class! Thank you so much. EDIT: Less than a month in and all minor snagging have been resolved. A big thank you to Kingswood.
