Amazing service yet again-undoubtedly the best estate agent in the area

Amazing service from undoubtedly the best estate Agent in the area. We have used many estate agents over the years but these guys go over and above with their amazing efficiency and dedication. We have used them on 2 different occasions now and definitely wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Ryan and his team worked tirelessly to manage a difficult conveyancing process. Ginny is an absolute star who chased everyone every step of the way and kept us all sane while keeping us updated and really helping to get us to exchange. A massive thank you Westwood Leber !

I was in a difficult situation when my house caught fire and I needed rented accommodation sorted. Within just a few hours, Jet sorted an immediate rental and met me there and took care of everything. He was amazing and the rest of the team at WL were all supportive, answered all my questions and told me all the things I should be thinking of and aware of. I cannot recommend more highly. Thank you.

I’d give Ollie at Westwood Leber in…

I’d give Ollie at Westwood Leber in Hoddesdon a solid 5 out of 5, honestly, I’d give more if I could! The communication was just excellent throughout the entire sale process, and everything about the experience was great. Really appreciated the smooth handling of our property sale a few months ago.

Jacob, Andy and Ryan sold my house in July last year and even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, they kept me abreast with how things were progressing. I felt the house was marketed really well and the show rounds were mostly done by the team, as I wanted. Towards the end Ryan was incredibly helpful and friendly, as I was trying to get things finalised by a deadline! I would recommend Westwood Leber to anyone selling their house :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have recently purchased our house through Westwood and must say dealing with all staff but specially Jacob was a delight. He was professional from the beginning to the end. Despite all the stress we’ve had selling our house, purchasing a house through Westwood was easy, we were kept up to date, they did not put an unnecessary pressure on us. Westwood dealt with the sale smoothly and we would certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family. Thank you Jacob for all your help and support and also making one of the most stressful procedures buying a property so smooth. Best wishes, FazPositiveProfessionalism

I have worked with Westwood Leber for the past few years and mainly on the residential letting side of the business. They fully manage our properties and the team are always friendly, polite, professional and proactive when it comes to finding good new tenants. Most times there is only a few days between changeovers therefore keeping void periods to an absolute minimum. Our properties are regularly checked and managed by the wonderful Dannielle and Jaidene and any maintenance issues are quickly handled and resolved by them. Rent payments are prompt and I am extremely happy with the complete service WL provide. I would definitely recommend WL to others.

Very approachable and have been a good first-time mover experience. Only not 5 stars because there's sometimes some communication gaps. Like we'll go in and mention an issue and when I follow-up with an email the issue never seemed to have got sent up the chain. Similarly there can be delays as requests are relayed through to contractors and such, but everything we've needed done has got done and we're now mostly all settled. Jaidene replies quickly and keeps me in the loop when I ask for updates rather than just letting us stew until a solution is found, which is nice.

After selling my house and my purchase becoming abortive I needed to find a suitable rental property in a very short space of time. From the moment I contacted the agency I found the agents from negotiator level to director level personable, professional, reliable and ultra responsive. I have now moved out of my property after 2 years and whilst it wasn't manged by the agency I'd like to thank them for their involvement from the initial administrative process through to the deposit return process. I am also a agent and have been in the industry 30 years...I have high expectations and can confirm I'd happily reccomend Westwood Leber to landlords and tenants alike. Keep up the good work!
