Carmelo was the perfect estate agent. He was knowledgable, approachable, friendly and efficient. Carmelo helped every step of the way and, as a first time buyer, his support was instrumental in seeing my purchase through to completion. Carmelo was responsive at all times of the day, including weekends and couldn’t do enough to help, including supporting with legal matters and chasing solicitors on both sides. I would definitely recommend Westwood Leber if you’re looking to buy (or sell) and am very grateful for the services provided to help get me my first home!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Fletcher regarding my property in Hertford, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided as a Lettings Assistant. From the very beginning, Fletcher was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward, always taking the time to answer questions and keep me updated along the way. His communication was excellent and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to deal with someone so proactive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Fletcher to anyone dealing with lettings in Hertford. A fantastic level of service and a real credit to the team.

We would highly recommend the team at Westwood Leber (Hoddesdon). Ollie, in particular was professional throughout and was consistent with his level of communication. It was not a short process, with buyers pulling out - what was stressful, was handled excellently by Ollie. The process was made much easier - Ollie and team were always on hand to help. I would happily use Westwood Leber again in the future and will be recommending to family and friends.

Just completed my purchase through Westwood Leber and I have to say, the service from Ollie and the Sales Team was exceptional. They were proactive, honest, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Every question was answered quickly, and they kept me fully updated from offer to completion. It’s rare to find an estate agent that genuinely makes the journey this smooth, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Ollie and the whole team!

Westwood Leber were excellent when we sold our house in Hoddesdon in March 2025. They offered sound advice, facilitated viewings and helped manage a large chain. Perhaps the best element was their communication. We had a WhatsApp group that we could message at any time. They were always quick to respond and often have a quick call. Jacob and Ollie were great and we would recommend.

Our experience with Westwood Leber Estate Agents Hoddesdon 2023/24 We would highly recommend Westwood Leber as an agent for buying/selling your property. We found them supportive& helpful throughout the entire process of our lengthy & stressful house move ( caused by hold ups further down the chain ) They always returned phone calls, and kept us up to date with any new developments; & most importantly to us…we’re honest whether the news be good or bad . We have to give special thanks to Ryan who consistently went over & above for us at all times ,doing as much as he possibly could to get the deal complete .A great support on our bumpy journey. Moving on……as we have finally !…… we are now in our New Home & settling in nicely. Many thanks to Ryan & all the team at Westwood Leber Lesley & John

We had such an amazing experience buying our new home through Westwood Leber and Ollie was amazing every step of the way. We especially liked that we dealt with one person all the way through, which is so different to the way lots of other estate agents work and made the experience as buyers so reassuring and easy. Whenever we had questions Ollie was quick and efficient as you'd expect, but it was also just a joy to deal with him as he is clearly really dedicated to his job and to ensuring all parties feel valued and looked after. I couldn't recommend them enough from a buyers perspective!

I worked with Jacob Ryan and well, what can I say; pure class. The man really knows the job inside and out. Any questions that I had about the property and Jacob was hot on the case. Very rarely have I met an estate agent willing to bend over backwards to try and help me find the best possible options; working tirelessly to make sure that my wife and I were happy. Superb process management which left me feeling very content about this big decision. Thank you Jacob. My wife and I are very pleased with the service!
