A big thank you to the team at Westwood Leber and especially Jacob for making our house sale/move run so smoothly. Jacob’s communication was always very helpful and consistent. Even the smallest issue he sorted promptly without us feeling it was ever a problem. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them or Jacob in the future.

We have worked with Jaidene and I can honestly say she is one of the best Property Managers we have ever worked with. She is friendly and professional, but above all is highly organised, takes genuine care of the tenants she deals with, and is always on hand if there's an issue. She is a credit to Westwood Leber and brilliant at what she does!

I was looking to maybe sell my property and Carmelo at Westwood Leber couldn’t do enough to help me looking at potential properties. Even though I decided not to sell he was very good about it and nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend this company & Carmelo 😊 …

We completed yesterday on our forever house and cannot recommend Westwood Leber enough. The house we were selling was a very niche market and they were great with making sure that the right people actually got through the door, to save wasting our time on unnecessary viewings. We mainly worked with Ollie, but also with Ryan and Jacob. All team members were great at returning calls and making sure we were always kept informed along the way. Thanks very much guys for always giving us 100% 😄

We used Westwood leber for our sale and they were brilliant. We had a difficult sale with lots of delays with our buyers mortgage but they updated us daily. Andy who took the photos done an amazing job and Ellis the senior gentleman who dealt with much of our case went above and beyond. The negotiator Ryan was also fantastic. Highly recommend

A very positive experience! The whole team was incredibly supportive in the sale of our property. Ryan was great in handholding us on every step and always kept us in the loop of progress made over the months running up to our exchange/completion. Strongly recommend using Westwood Leber if you are looking to sell your property. We couldn't be happier!!!

Apparently moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful times of life... well not with Westwood Leber! Ryan made the whole process so simple. He sensibly valued my house, presented it perfectly for sale and within two days he had agreed sale on it AND found us a new home. WL then provided a fantastic service liasing with solicitors to complete as quickly and smoothly as possible. Highly recommended, without any hesitation- anyone would be crazy to look elsewhere.

We met Jacob when we viewed another house in Cheshunt we were so impressed that when we changed the agents selling our house we knew we would be using Westwood Leber. Despite the first sale on our house falling through Ryan and the team were always on hand with really honest advice and quickly secured new buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am beyond furious with the utter lack of professionalism and respect your agency has shown. I had booked a viewing for a house we were very interested in, scheduled for Saturday, 16th November. To our shock, we discovered that the property has already been sold and is no longer listed. What is completely unacceptable is that no one from your office bothered to inform us. We were left in the dark, and had we not checked ourselves, we would have wasted our Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for absolutely nothing. This is not just a simple mistake, this is an appalling failure of communication and basic customer care. This property was incredibly important to us, as it was in close proximity to the school I want for my son. My wife, in particular, had set her hopes on this house, and now she is heartbroken. The thought that we could have been misled like this, given the significance of the location for our family, only makes the situation worse. The person who booked our viewing clearly has no understanding of professionalism or accountability. Failing to check the status of the property and not having the decency to notify us is completely inexcusable. This is not just poor service, it’s a complete disregard for the time and emotions of your clients. You’ve wasted our time, caused unnecessary heartbreak, and shown an absolute lack of respect. I will never use your services again, and I will make sure to warn others about your agency’s incompetence and utter lack of professionalism.

Ollie, Ryan and the team recently helped us buy our new home. From our first viewing Ollie was really helpful and communication was spot on even when there were delays or actions that needed dealing with. Great service so far from everyone at Westwood Leber but especially Tom. He has helped to rent out my property and has sorted everything for me, kept me up to date on many moving parts and assisted with the managing of renovation which would otherwise have been stressful. Highly recommend Tom and Westwood Leber !
