Was a bit hesitant about using a new company for the second time renting out my property however Westwood Leber blew me away with their service from start to finish. Sam, Tom and Jett were all so helpful! I can’t see why anyone would want to use a different agent.

We swapped from another local agent to WL for our sale and can’t fault the guys there. We were kept informed all along the way and no problem was too big or small. Would definitely recommend them to anyone now!

Westwood Leber provided fantastic photos on my property, helped me find a buyer at a value greater than any other agent valued my property and helped push the sale through stress free and in the timescales we required. Would highly recommend Jacob and the team.

Rented a one bedroom flat in Harlow. Always had a great relationship with everyone at the letting company. However, when I moved in there were a few things that weren’t quite right and I called them in but the whole time I was there they weren’t dealt with. I then went on to have a massive rising damp problem. I had to be made available for council visits, letting visits and everyone else that needed to “access” the property to view the issue. I was also made redundant in 2020 and never missed a payment, a good tenant. I work nights now and the disruption I handled very well. It got to the point where the damp was making me unwell and no one was helping. I was hospitalised twice because of my breathing. I had to run a dehumidifier 24 hours a day, no money to help fund the machinery. It was an utterly miserable environment to be in. I feel like I had no support from this team. They took my deposit because of stick on blinds - which I’ve offered to remove. Charged £20 for a bulb - which I offered to replace and charged to redecorate the living room - I asked permission to put a light wallpaper on one wall. My recommendation would be to tread very carefully and do not trust what is said. Make sure you have everything in writing. Good luck. It is a very sad situation to be involved in.

We have just sold our house through Westwood Leber. The house was sold very quickly and we had plenty of quality viewings. The team was very efficient Ellis and Jacob. I would recommend them as an excellent estate agent to sell your house.

Westwood Leber were a pleasure to deal with in our recent purchase. The team did not hesitate to answer all questions and provided solid support for a quick transaction in an unusually busy marketplace. We have no doubt in recommending them to anyone who is considering selling or buying in the local area

We sold our flat with them in Sept 2019. We had exceptional service with them. Especially as we had already found our dream home and needed a relatively quick sell. Special thanks to Ginny for her tireless efforts to make it happen.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Westwood Leber provided Great photos and couldn't have been more helpful when things got difficult. My first buyer dropped out and Jacob managed to find a new buyer the following day allowing us to continue with the purchase. I cant thank the entire team enough as they helped us overcome every obstacle that came our way through a tricky sale and purchase.

Being a first time buyer I thought it would be difficult with the process, Westwood Leber were by far my favourite agents in my local area. Jacob was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. He wasn’t shy to go the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend

I have thoroughly enjoyed liaising with Jaidene and providing window cleaning services for their properties. I deal with many other companies and was extremely impressed with the response times and professional approach to deliver a complete package for their clients.

From start to finish Ryan and Jacob were amazing at such a difficult time selling my late mother's property. At no time did I feel under pressure which is often the case with estate agents. They made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend.
