I thought Westwood Leber would be more reliable in communication than they were. The colleague who attended viewings was fine but communication from this organisation was poor in general. I would not recommend because of this. I dont see the point of inviting people to viewings if you're not interested in putting them forward - perhaps you should ask essential questions PRIOR to inviting people to viewings as to avoid wasting all parties time. As a modern estate agents and the way they have branded themselves, I really expected better. Luckily managed to find elsewhere.
