Sale of late mum’s house

We chose a Paul Wallace to market my late mum’s house. We left the whole matter in their hands and the sale was successfully completed a couple of days ago. The house was sold quickly and at a very good price. It was dealt with professionally and communication with them was always polite, helpful and understanding. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We can't recommend the team of Jo, Jordan and John enough - they've been brilliant through out a stressful period of trying to move half way across the country! We couldn't have asked for anymore of them. Highly recommend them!

The team at Pail Wallace Hoddesdon have just been fantastic. The whole process has been so incredibly pain free. Everyone says moving is one of the most stressful things you can do…… not with them, from start to finish was so smooth, fantastic recommendation for solicitors, always at the end of the phone and always follow everything up. Can highly recommend them,

Hoddesdon purchase

We got to work with both Peters based in Hoddesdon. They were prompt in getting back to let us know when our offer was accepted. This helped make this process move along. They also made sure we got access to the property when required and answered our questions. Thank you for all your hard work. We are pleased with the purchase. Paul Wallace will be recommended.

Paul Wallace were superb at handling the sale of our property in Broxbourne, giving us excellent attention and keeping us informed. The sale went through smoothly and without any glitches and it was great having someone specialising in the admin side, to let us know exactly how the sale was progressing and when we could expect the different stages of the sale to complete.

Excellent Service

Paul Wallace have recently helped us sell our slightly niche property, and were wonderful. Tireless marketing to get a significant number of quick viewings, and great attention during the actual purchase process. Particular shouts for Peter and Joe
