Called multiple times over 2 days to try and book in viewings and kept being told I would be called back but this didn't happen. Really disappointing that I never even got far enough to leave them a review on how they were with viewings as it never got that far. In the time it took for me to get hold of someone to try and arrange viewings, some of the properties had been let. Ended up going with another local letting agent and got a much better service.NegativeResponsiveness

I personally do not recommend them to anyone. They are courteous but not so helpful especially if you a foreigner or else they did not reject all of my viewing requests, without any pre-check or personal encounter, with excuses like "...that will be to many people to live in this property" or "...wear and tear reasons" only on the basis of my name. On these excuses, my native colleagues laughed out loud. We never were been in a business relationship earlier with them (or any other agency) and we are a couple with good references, in full employment for a longer-term, so I do not know what about they are talking... Everyone can decide about the cooperation with them or form their private opinion. :/ (1 star just because with zero I was unable to post the review)

Good at keeping me in the loop as well, especially as the chain further ahead broke down at one point so there was, suddenly and unexpectedly, a lot of new information to take in. In terms of selling our house- they were brilliant. Secured lots of viewings, helped us negotiate and supported through selling in a tough and volatile market. They were especially good during the conveyancing process (props to Rebecca Hedger here). Always very responsive and helped us complete in 9 weeks, versus an anticipated timeline of 12-14 weeks.

Terrible management service to the landlord in my opinion, meant me as tenant had to suffer due to the managing agent not picking up clearly on issues that where pre existent before occupation and throughout via a management inspection report which were undertaken twice. Which meant that when I vacated the landlord deducted money from my deposit for issues I believe weren’t highlighted and reinforced and the tenant pays in the end. It’s wrong entirely and frustrating that I lose out.

We had to re-schedule a viewing 3 times, because they only checked with the seller the day before - even though we'd booked the viewing a week earlier! We had some questions after the viewing; they never got back to us. The house has now gone off the market, which they never told us either. Rubbish experience and really put me off buying with them.
