GoogleI had called requesting information regarding a property. A total of 3 call were made by myself chasing for information with not one call returned. I would bear that in mind if I was a seller and we’re thinking of using this branch.

GoogleI instructed the to market my property for sale, when I had a tennant in place I advised them that viewings would need to be through the tennant in future. I was NOT epecting them to knock on the door see the property was occupied but nobody home and PROGRESS with a viewing. This they DENIED .The potential purchaser informed me when she viewed through a different agency this had taken place. I requested my keys be returned, this never happened, I spoke with Head Office and again 5 days later STILL no keys. I then called Head Office again. Happy to provide my contact info.

GoogleGreat, Responsive and Helpful service. Our washing machine was broken on the Tuesday. After making contact with Connells, they got in contact with the Landlord and arranged a replacement to be sent out and organised a tradesman to install the washing machine within 1 day! After 2 days, the washing machine has been installed, that is what I call fantastic service!!

FacebookI would have to say I will not be having dealings with this company for sales as it seemed they have no interest other than getting your money and leaving you to do the work and with a a buyer that can’t actually pass affordability checks after being told we are good to proceed and find a home for ourselves.. very disappointed

From the start of the process right through until completion, Callum and colleagues were always updating us on the progress and answering all the questions we had. GoogleImpressive service, we had viewings booked in within minutes of signing up and within a couple of days had accepted an offer. It didn't finish there, though, Connells were constantly in touch, keeping us updated and keeping both sets of solictors on their toes. Would definitely recommend.
