GoogleKudos to Jordan on the great letting service provided. He provided regular helpful updates and was polite. He was clear on the details of any proposed tenants put forward to me, and went the extra mile. I was recommended to use this agent as my current agent was lacking the level of service I previously had and I would definitely be contacting Jordan on future lettings I may have.

GoogleWe are thrilled with Ashtons and the wonderful help they provided when renting our new flat in Hitchin. Jamie was extremely helpful in ensuring we got the property we wanted. He was always eager to help and ever present to answer any questions we had about the property itself or the renting process or anything really that pertained to renting the place. He was very accommodating of our requirements and always quick with advice or a joke to make the process of finding a new flat as smooth as possible. GoogleI had a very smooth buying experience with Ashtons from start to finish. Joshua in particular was very accommodating and made me feel valued, important and taken seriously. He was on the end of the phone willing to liaise with the seller when difficulties and challenges arose which made me feel calm and lessened my anxiety. A big difference to other agencies I’ve used in the past!
