Explained everything, showed the available properties with good location. At the check in all paperwork ready, explained again. GoogleDisappointed with Vik, he makes promises to get you to sign the lease agreement, then it's excuses as to why nothing has progressed further. Thank goodness for 6 month break clause, if no progress by then I'm gone from the rental and Shaw & Co.
Dear Veronica, I appreciate your feedback, & make the note that this was a tenant only service with the Landlord (which means we only find the tenant). Myself or Shaw & Co were not responsible or in control of the property, I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused yourself, please be aware that I did get involved personally to help resolve and push this along. I understand the issue was the Landlord had delays with contractors, not turning up or moving appointments. I have been updated that all things have been resolved, All excuses aside, please do accept my apologies & I hope that your stay will be a lot more smoother, with the Landlord.
