Hi Sathya, we are sorry to see you have left a one star review. Having checked our system we can see that we contacted you yesterday afternoon to cancel a viewing for today. This was because a letting was agreed to another party yesterday afternoon. We understand that this must have been disappointing to you but we wanted to ensure you received the maximum notice, so as to avoid you a wasted journey and travel costs today. Once a letting has been agreed and a holding deposit paid by an applicant, then as a responsible and professional agency, we act with complete transparency and integrity with all interested parties by cancelling all future viewings. That is the only fair and moral thing to do and of course is in line with the industry Code of Practice we adhere to. Should you in the future agree to rent a property through R Whitley & Co and pay a holding deposit, then all future viewings would be cancelled. We wish you the very best with your search and will of course endeavour to help find you something similar.
