GoogleI had an appointment to view a flat today with Melanie. I received the virtual video of the flat when I was already on my way. Even though the virtual video was agreed to be send to me 2 days ago. The video however was NOT what had been advertised on their website and therefore agreed for viewing. I tried calling the lady and she did not even bothered to answer my call. She texted me instead saying that what had been advertised was wrong. I found this service extremely UNPROFESSIONAL as they are misleading customers with wrong information. I had to leave my house 2 hours earlier because I live on the other side of London and in the end for nothing. Not even an apology! Please update your details for the sake of others!!!!! EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!NegativeProfessionalism

They have a genuine and friendly relationship with my tenants, which makes life a lot easier. The antithesis of the money-grabbing corporate mercenaries who usually inhabit this business.
