GoogleAs a landlord, I have been using my castle for management and tenant searches for the last 2yrs and so grateful for their hardwork, expertise and seamless process. Finding good tenants is always difficult and stressful but with their rigorous filtering and full checks, I have not had any issues with any of the tenants from them and their professionalism, friendly advice, communication and support is what makes my castle stand out from other agents and the reason why they are my first point of contact. GoogleTerrible agency- wanted to book a viewing for a property on sale and spoke with a lady who said she would call me back once she checked availability of current tenant. Tried to call the agency multiple times, left voicemail but they never called back after 2 weeks of attempts. Gave up on this! I would never want to buy a house managed by an agency who doesn’t even bother answering the phone!!!

GoogleAwful experience!!! I went for a viewing with estate agent Melanie she seemed really friendly and seemed keen for me to rent the property. Then 2 days later I emailed her to say that I would like to put down a deposit, there was no reply by the next day, so I called her. No answer, so later that day I called again. No answer. During the course of the week I called and emailed 5 times. Finally she answer one of my calls to say that she had been sick and she needed to see if a deposit has been put down on the house and that she would call me back and let me know. She never called back. I called her to find out that this house had gone. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
