GoogleI called multiple times to get more information and book a viewing regarding a garage and I’d always be told that someone would call me back, and now when I tried again a lady says to me “I don’t think it’s available anymore” when I’ve been trying countless times, unbelievable. Unprofessional to lie to customers and say you would call them back. Learn to keep your word

GoogleWorst customer service experience ever !!! I did try to make appointment to view the house and they was promised to call me back in the hour on next day in the morning and they didn't so next day around noon I call them and same thing they say we call you around 2pm and nothing so I call them around 4pm and they said that hous is gone. But that is not end of the story few days later I go on websites and I found the same house for more then 500£ dearer. Probably they have lots of people call in for appointment so they decide to rise the price. We'll done I'm not recommending to make any deal with them !!!!!
