GoogleVery unprofessional customer service. I called to get specific information about a commercial unit I was interested in. Instead of answering my questions, the lady on the phone kept asking unrelated questions and insisting that she knew better which unit I needed. I found this extremely frustrating, she has no knowledge of my business, how much storage I require, or how many staff I have, yet she was trying to tell me what would work for me. This approach felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.

GoogleWhat was supposed to be the smallest possible chain turned out to be a harrowing journey when we wanted to sell our house to buy a new one. Galaxy were with us at every step, they found the right buyer and held the sale together when it really looked like things would fall apart. They are professional with a human touch and understand what the seller and buyer are going through - I will definitely recommend them and I can’t thank Fateh enough for being with us on the journey !!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe service I got from Galaxy Hayes is very commendable. I urgently needed to hire an apartment and I didn’t even imagine that I could find an apartment in just 2 days. All credit goes to Mr. Nirver Singh Pahwa and to his team. Not gonna lie, Nirver and his team are doing a very professional, honest, reliable and super swift work. A big thumbs up for Thomas too. Nirver and Thomas found me an apartment as per my requirements and fixed a date for viewing. I loved the apartment & asked to process the Paperwork as quick as possible. In 4 working days all happened (From the day I first spoke to Nirver till the day we signed the Agreement) like a miracle. 👍 It might happen with some estate agents that once the Agreement is done they try to escape from your queries and from helping you BUT Nirver always picks your call, listens to you and does his best to answer your queries and to help you in a best way. He is well experienced in this field and always suggests the best option for you. Director of a Real Estate for a reason !! I’m well satisfied and recommend everyone Galaxy Hayes Real Estate.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I am so delighted to finally buy my first house and really want to thank Fateh Singh for helping me out in every step and really appreciate his and Galaxy Hayes Real Estate's help throughout the sale process. GoogleNirver Singh Pahwa very greedy man, his properties don’t match other standards and everything is as minimal for as much profit, rentals are filthy overpriced and he’s not a man of his word, this isn’t a place you can trust, you will always be down the line as a tenant or landlord, also beware he asks all his friends and family to leave good reviews
