We were very disappointed with the service we received and after a very frustrating few months, switched to Mitchells. From the start it was a very different experience. The details they prepared were excellent with really good photos, viewings were efficiently arranged with constructive feedback after every visit (one area where we had previously been disappointed) and the sale that they agreed was diligently followed through to a successful conclusion. Overall we were very pleased and felt that everyone at Mitchells stepped up to the mark in making our house move as hassle free as possible in an approachable, friendly and professional manner.
