I would highly recommend Mitchell’s Estate Agents Highcliffe . Matt was fantastic throughout, not only efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and approachable. He was always happy to help, no matter the question, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference. His experience really showed, and he made the whole process feel far less stressful. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. The photos they took of my house were absolutely amazing and really showed it at its best, which made a big impact. Matt and Kalise handled all the viewings smoothly and kept everything running seamlessly. Kalise was also brilliant, very friendly and carried out viewings to a high standard. A special mention to Ben and Paul, the owners, who were both very supportive and clearly had my best interests at heart throughout. Sarah was excellent as well, handling all the paperwork seamlessly and keeping everything well organised and straightforward. A fantastic team and excellent service from start to finish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We would like to give Mitchells 5 Gold stars for not only finding our property for us 8 years ago, but also selling our property for us this year in this changing market. Matt at Mitchell’s Highcliffe office is a very helpful gentleman who has answered every question we asked of him. We researched several estate agents in our area and we chose Mitchells in Highcliffe because they were extremely efficient, gave us excellent advice, went above and beyond with helping us to achieve a sale and market our house with great attention to detail and constant communication and contact. Matt and his colleagues worked with us in a friendly and professional manner and even started to market the house before the advertising went live on the website. The amount of photos showed the house off really well. The sale went through smoothly and Matt was there to oversee everything so we didn't have to worry. Based on the service we received we would definitely recommend them.

The brochure was produced to a very high standard. A cash buyer was identified within a very short space of time and an offer was accepted.
