TrustpilotDon't get involved with Stow Brothers
They have a policy of asking potential tenants for a "best and final" offer. It's incredibly frustrating and brutally biased towards getting the maximum offers for the landlord at all costs. You can either secure a property by bidding well above the market price or risk losing it having wasted your time - no respect for tenant time and money.I secured a property but left as soon as the minimum contract period ended. That's what the above policy results in - tenant churn. Beware landlords, there is a hidden cost getting above-the-market offers with Stow Brothers. They also didn't contact me to return my the deposit, I had to chase them up. Didn't send me a leaving inventory, just radio silence since I left the property.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
